3. Disclaimer on Third-party Misuse

We take no responsibility for any individual, broker, or agency using our branding, brochures, renders, or any marketing collateral to falsely solicit or collect payments/advances. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all official payment requests.

Please exercise due diligence to ensure that all payments are made only to the builder’s officially authorized bank accounts, as mentioned in the official payment schedules or agreements.

4. Due Diligence and Documentation

The responsibility of verifying all documents including land titles, approval status, RERA registration, bank loan eligibility, and other legal or financial clearances lies solely with the customer. The builder shall assist with documentation upon request but is not liable for any oversight by the customer or their legal advisors.

5. Quality of Construction

Construction is a human endeavor, and while we assure the use of quality materials and professional workmanship, there may be inherent tolerances and minor imperfections. Perfection cannot be guaranteed, but we commit to our best possible effort to meet industry standards and promised specifications.

6. Booking and Refunds

Once a flat or unit is booked and payment is made, any cancellation or refund request shall be at the sole discretion of the builder. Refunds, if any, shall be processed after deducting applicable charges and shall be governed by the terms outlined in the booking agreement.

7. Force Majeure

The builder shall not be held liable for delays, cost overruns, or changes in specifications caused due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural calamities, changes in law, labor shortages, or supply chain disruptions.

8. Updates and Modifications

The builder reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
